On September 29, a 16-year-old girl returned to the police station to report her father's latest attempt to have sex with her.
According to the girl, her father had been demanding sex from her since her mother's death.
On diverse dates in June, the father allegedly touched his daughter's breasts, leading to incest charges.
He was also charged with attempting to commit a similar offence on diverse dates between June and September in Bahati estate.
Before Makadara chief magistrate Heston Nyaga, the 34-year-old man denied the charges.
