Published on October 2, 2019, Meghan Markle's dedication to her morning routine has been well-documented over the years.

The Duchess of Sussex, 38, begins her day as early as 4:30am, a habit she has maintained since before her royal life.

According to sources, Meghan's love for yoga was passed down from her mother, Doria Ragland, an LA yoga instructor.

Her morning routine typically starts with a 30-minute yoga session, followed by a healthy breakfast of acai bowls and oatmeal, which she tries to keep vegan.

Interestingly, Meghan also avoids caffeine, opting for a more natural approach to her daily routine.

As reported by Vanity Fair, the Duchess often checks her emails after her morning yoga session, sometimes as early as 5am.

With a busy royal tour of South Africa underway, Meghan's morning routine will undoubtedly set her up for a productive day.

Prince Harry will rejoin Meghan and baby son Archie on Wednesday, marking a welcome reunion for the family.
