Cristiano Ronaldo's Fitness Regime: The Secret to His Athletic Body at 34

At 34, Cristiano Ronaldo is arguably one of the most athletic footballers around, and he has revealed the secret to his fitness regime in an interview with ChrisMD.

According to Ronaldo, the first step towards being a great athlete is to take care of one's body and eat properly. He also emphasized the importance of balance in fitness regimes, stating that training in the gym every day can lead to tightness in the game.

"For the gym, I cannot do it every day. If I train in the gym every day, you will be tight in the game. This life is all about balance, and with age, you start to understand that the most important thing is to know and understand your body," he said.

Ronaldo has always been known for his hard work and dedication to fitness, and this unique factor has made him a fan favorite. He has been tipped to keep playing well into his 40s due to his strict fitness regime and how he takes care of his body.

Interestingly, Ronaldo started sneaking out of the dormitory at night to get a workout in when he was just 11 years old. He got bigger and faster, and it was not long before he started seeing results.

Currently, Ronaldo is among the top five highest paid athletes in the world, earning a staggering KSh 10.4 billion (£82m) a year. He has constantly been tipped to keep playing well into his 40s due to his strict fitness regime and how he takes care of his body.

On Tuesday, October 1, Ronaldo scored for Juventus in the Champions League, demolishing Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 in Turin. The goal meant Ronaldo has scored against 33 different teams in the Champions League, equaling a record previously owned by another Real Madrid legend Raul.
