On Tuesday night, a devastating road accident occurred at Kamulu, along the Kangundo-Nairobi road, claiming the lives of four people.
The accident involved a public service vehicle belonging to Kenya Bus Service and a private Toyota Probox.
According to police, the driver of the Probox attempted to overtake a vehicle and collided with an oncoming matatu, resulting in the tragic loss of life.
Three occupants of the Probox, including two males and a female, and the driver of the bus died instantly.
However, the tout and the driver of another vehicle sustained minor injuries and were treated and discharged.
The four bodies were taken to City Mortuary for further processing.
