This archive report was first published on 1 October 2019.

On Saturday afternoon, Grace Kanzia found two young boys crying outside her house in Nairobi's Mlango Kubwa area as she was doing laundry.

She took them under her temporary care and reported the case to the area chief and Pangani Police Station, hoping to find their parents.

However, no one has come forward to claim them, prompting Ms Kanzia to appeal for help from the public.

Ms Kanzia, who lives with her sister and seven children, has a history of rescuing lost children and has even reported them to the police.

She is now requesting anyone who knows the two boys to come for them at Mlango Kubwa Area One, where they can ask for Mama Joyce or Grace, or call her on 0715586499.
