Published on October 1, 2019, gospel singer Rose Muhando has released a new song that expresses her gratitude to President Uhuru Kenyatta for the love and support he offered her during her stay in Kenya for treatment.
The song, which is a blessing to the President and his family, also includes a prayer for Kenya's protection and safety.
According to the song, President Kenyatta's kindness and generosity motivated Rose Muhando to get better and jump right back into her work without holding back on her past.
She goes on to sing, "Kenyatta. Let your hands and your house be blessed. Let the open heavens profess blessings to you," in her latest song.
Ms. Muhando also did not forget Kenyans, praying for God to protect Kenya and keep her borders safe from enemies in her lyrics.
She says, "You opened your arms wide and accepted me. Be blessed Kenya and all your current and future generations. I do not have anything worthy to repay you," in her song.
