On September 30, 2019, a 35-year-old man was arrested in Pombo village, Mogotio Constituency, for allegedly hacking to death his estranged wife's lover.
According to the police, the suspect trailed the two to the woman's home and committed the heinous act on Saturday night.
The couple had separated a few months ago following a domestic dispute, and the suspect suspected they had a love affair.
"He suspected the two had a love affair and he went to the wife's house and attacked them," said Mogotio Directorate of Criminal Investigations Luka Tumbo.
Meanwhile, a 42-year-old man committed suicide at Kaptembwa in Nakuru Town West following a quarrel with his wife.
His body was found dangling from the roof of the house by his children and wife after returning from church.
