On September 30, 2019, Stanbic Bank held its Annual General Meeting, where various resolutions were unanimously passed by the investors.
The meeting saw the approval of a final dividend of KSh3.55 per share for the past financial year, as well as the appointment of Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company's auditor for the year ending December 31, 2019.
Ms. Dorcas F Kombo, Mr. Christopher B Newson, and Ms. Rose Osoro were appointed to the Board Audit Committee.
Two board members, Mr. Edward W Njoroge and Fred N Ojiambo, retired from their positions in the company.
