On September 30th, 2019, transport authorities in Kenya issued a directive to halt the Little Shuttle service, effective October 1st, 2019.
The authorities cited that Little did not possess the necessary license to operate point-to-point shuttle services.
Little's CEO, Kamal Budhabhatti, informed customers via email that operations would resume once clearance was obtained from the relevant authorities.
However, cab services for Little remain operational.
Little operates in several countries, including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zambia.
