According to a study by Consumer Insight, published on September 30, 2019, Kenyan men are turning to village women as a more economical and manageable option for dating.
The study found that ordinary Kenyan girls have little interest in dating local men, who are often perceived as financially unstable, and instead prefer foreign men who are seen as wealthy.
Interestingly, the study revealed that Kenyan women have a strong preference for white men, who are allegedly associated with a 'healthy financial muscle' that can alleviate financial troubles.
As a result, many Kenyan women are flocking to dating sites and high-end entertainment joints in search of wealthy foreign partners, leaving local men to seek out village women who are more financially sensible and easier to maintain.
This shift has led to Kenyan men seeking out 'naive' village girls who are more likely to be pleased with their limited financial means.
