Published on September 30, 2019, Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer expressed confidence in his ability to lead the team to success despite a shaky start to the Premier League season.
With the team sitting 11th in the standings and eight points after six games, Solskjaer believes he can get the 20-time champions to compete with Manchester City and Liverpool.
"I'm not doubting myself. If I doubted myself, then I think the rest of the world would as well," Solskjaer told reporters ahead of the league clash with Arsenal.
He added that the club has had discussions about their strategy and believes in the direction they are heading.
However, Solskjaer acknowledged that the team has struggled to replicate the form that helped him become the permanent manager in March, with the club getting only five wins in 18 matches since.
He also suggested that reinforcements could arrive in January when the transfer window reopens, stating that the team is looking for creativity and goals.
