Published on September 30, 2019, a mouthwatering Premier League clash is set to take place at Old Trafford as Manchester United hosts Arsenal on Monday night.
Manchester United is seeking to bounce back to winning ways after suffering a defeat in their last league match against West Ham, while Arsenal has lost just one league game and sits eighth on the standings.
Arsenal legend Paul Merson has warned the club that they will suffer a humiliating defeat if Unai Emery gets his tactics wrong when they face Manchester United at Old Trafford.
However, Merson believes that the Manchester outfit could still inflict pain on the Gunners, especially if they score first.
"It's difficult for Arsenal because do you go there and attack? If you have a go and United score first it's a different game, they get their tails up and the confidence comes flooding back," Merson told Daily Star.
He advised Emery to get it right away from home, urging Arsenal to "keep it tight" if they have to win against their bitter rivals.
"If you keep it tight the crowd gets restless and United get frustrated. Arsenal can win there if they approach it in the right way," Merson submitted.
