Andrew Kibe, a popular radio host at Kiss 100, has spoken candidly about a heart-wrenching experience from his past that has left a lasting impact on his life.
According to Kibe, he fell deeply in love with a girl while still in high school, only to be left heartbroken when she eloped with another man, OJ, while he was away at Bible school.
Speaking on his morning show, Kibe revealed that he had initially joined Bible school with the intention of becoming a pastor, but ultimately failed to succeed due to his inability to 'lie enough like most pastors.'
Despite his failed attempts and lack of interest in pursuing a career in the clergy, Kibe has expressed no resentment towards those who continue to follow in this path.
As Kibe reflected on his past, he recalled the painful moment when he discovered that the girl he loved had moved on with OJ, saying, 'I left her and went to Bible school, only to come back and find Antonina (Tony) and OJ had gotten together. I was in form three and OJ was at the time was the better option.'
He also shared his thoughts on the challenges he faced in his pursuit of becoming a pastor, stating, 'Those were my plans but unfortunately I was not good enough because I could not lie enough like most pastors. So I left the club of fakeness and started a new life.'
