Former Nairobi women representative Rachael Shebesh is facing a backlash from Inua Mama MPs, who are planning to storm her office over her sensational remarks about Deputy President William Ruto.
According to sources, the irate group led by Kandara MP Alice Wahome has hatched a plan to embarrassingly kick Shebesh out of her office in broad daylight.
Shebesh's remarks, which suggested that DP Ruto sneaked to State House through back channels and arm-twisted President Uhuru Kenyatta into endorsing McDonald Mariga, have not gone down well with the Inua Mama MPs.
DP Ruto has since responded to Shebesh's comments, saying that those rejected by the electorate should not purport to speak for the party leadership.
Shebesh's open involvement in politics while serving as a CAS has also raised eyebrows, with some calling for her to be sacked for violating the public service code of conduct.
