Kenya's National Police Service is appealing to the public for help in finding a Somali national, Abdiwaahid Khalif Abdi, also known as Ise Tarabuun.
According to the police, Abdiwaahid arrived in Kenya on September 24, 2019, and is required to report to the nearest police station immediately.
The police have released a statement on Twitter, asking members of the public with information about Abdi's whereabouts to contact their toll-free lines, 999, 911, or 112.
The reason for the police's interest in Abdiwaahid is not clear at this time.
