Maasai Mara University's acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Kitche Magak, has made his first public appearance in his new capacity, four weeks after the Mara heist expose on Citizen TV.

On Friday, Prof. Magak held a public lecture with new students at the Maasai Mara University in Narok, focusing on sexual immorality and responsible reproductive health.

"I know you come from backgrounds where there were lots of restrictions. Here you are virtually on your own and if you do not manage this freedom properly, there will be tears at the end," Prof. Kitche Magak said.

He urged the First Year students to prioritize moral uprightness and responsible reproductive health, citing the impact of sexual immorality on academic and health focus globally.

Prof. Magak will hold forte for Prof. Walingo for the next three months until investigations into claims of embezzlement of funds at Maasai Mara University are complete.
