The Public Service Commission has published the names of 15 shortlisted candidates vying to replace Agnes Adhiambo as Controller of Budget, a position whose eight-year term of office lapsed last month.
Of the 87 applicants, the recruitment committee has selected Treasury insiders, private sector professionals, and academics for the next stage of the selection process, which includes interviews and vetting scheduled between October 9 and October 14, 2019.
Among the shortlisted candidates are acting Controller of Budget Stephen Masha and other Treasury officials.
