Reality TV star Mishi Dorah has been hospitalized in Nairobi, Kenya, after her condition worsened on Monday.
According to her social media post, Dorah was rushed to the Nairobi Women's Hospital by her colleague Wangeci Sabrina, who helped her get the necessary medical attention.
She is currently recuperating in the High Dependency Unit (HDU) after being diagnosed with an enlarged heart and inflammation around her left lung.
Despite her struggles, Dorah remains optimistic, saying, "I still smile on this bed."
She is seeking urgent help to continue her treatment and pay her medical bills, which currently stand at KES 147,000 and are increasing by the day.
"I need your help to get back on my feet," Dorah pleaded in her post, adding that she has been going through a tough time and is struggling to cope.
She has provided her phone number, 0725973560, and the hospital's paybill number, 504301, for those who wish to contribute to her medical expenses.
