On September 27, 2019, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) made a significant move in the fight against corruption by arresting Paul Lolwerikoi, the Managing Director of the Pyrethrum Board of Kenya.
The arrest was made in connection with economic crimes and other procurement irregularities.
EACC Spokesperson Yasin Amaro confirmed the arrest.
