From September 27, 2019, property sellers and buyers have three days to visit the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) for the Home Expo. The event, organized by the Standard Group, aims to showcase various properties, interior decor, and home appliances.
According to the organizers, attendees will get an overview of products in the market in terms of pricing. The event also features companies showcasing innovative products, as well as providers of services catering to the housing industry.
Buyers can expect exclusive promotions on newly built homes, special discounts, and unpublished homes not yet available in the real estate market. Industry players will also showcase various mortgage and financial options in the market.
