Eric Omba Blames Gloria Muliro's Friends for Marriage Breakdown ¶
Published on September 26, 2019
Eric Omba, the ex-husband of gospel singer Gloria Muliro, has shifted the blame for their marriage breakdown to her friends, claiming they fueled the rumors that led to their separation.
Speaking to Switch TV, Omba stated that he was shocked to see his name trending on social media and television after Gloria accused him of being a womanizer.
“It was a shocking moment, but I knew I couldn't fight with a woman in public. I woke up in the morning and saw my name on TV and online. I felt terrible, but I kept calm,” Eric said.
Omba claimed that Gloria's friends were the ones who spread the rumors that led to their separation, and that he was innocent until proven guilty.
“Gloria was a celebrity, and I was just a normal guy. I didn't have any reason to cheat on her. I was faithful to her, and I didn't deserve to be accused of being a womanizer,” Omba said.
He also stated that Gloria's friends were the ones who convinced her to believe the rumors, and that he was not in a position to make any decisions as he was under a lot of pressure.
“Sometimes you have to think for yourself and your partner, not just listen to what people say. I was in a difficult situation, and I didn't know how to handle it,” Omba said.
