On September 26, 2019, Nigerian innovation centre CcHub made a significant move in the African tech scene by acquiring iHub, effectively becoming Africa's largest incubator.
According to CcHub's CEO, Mr Bosun Tijani, the merger will leverage the resources of both entities to drive innovation across the continent.
Notably, despite the acquisition, both CcHub and iHub will maintain a certain level of autonomy, ensuring that their unique strengths and expertise continue to contribute to the African innovation ecosystem.
