Get ready for a unique and sustainable fashion experience in Nairobi. On September 28th, 2019, the city will host the second edition of the Fashion Swap, an event where participants exchange their valued but no longer used clothing for items they will use.
This event is an excellent opportunity to declutter your closet, refill your wardrobe with actual clothes, and meet like-minded fashion enthusiasts. The Fashion Swap 2.0 will be held at Kwetu Space, an artsy work-space in Jamhuri estate, Nairobi.
Attendees can expect a relaxed atmosphere, complete with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. A pop-up shop by The Velvet Bow, an online accessories shop, will also be present. All clothes left over after the swap will be donated to a children's home.
