On September 26, 2019, DCI officers arrested Stephen Mark Oduk, the owner of Plan 254 club in Nairobi's Kilimani area, in connection to Ksh100 million in fake dollars found in his club.
During the early morning raid, the police recovered 147 bars of fake gold and other paraphernalia believed to have been used to make the fake currency.
The raid took place at the club located along Nyangumi Road.
