On September 25, 2019, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, released a new video on YouTube where she tackles a large cyst protruding off a patient's upper back.

Dr. Pimple Popper, known for her unique approach to removing skin growths, described the cyst as 'cute' and compared its contents to 'mashed potatoes.'

According to Dr. Pimple Popper, an epidermoid cyst is a non-cancerous growth commonly found on the skin of the face or neck, but can occur anywhere on the body. The buildup of cells under the skin results in a 'cheesy' consistency and often a pungent odor.

As seen in the video, Dr. Pimple Popper slices into the cyst and the contents begin to bubble out. She then goes back to squeeze, and a white mass bursts out of the opening.
