On a fateful Sunday morning in 2018, a 34-year-old boda boda operator from Masaba North in Nyamira County found himself in a predicament that would leave him and his 25-year-old lover in a state of panic.
The couple, who are both married with children, had booked a room in Keroka Town and were looking to spend a few hours together before going their separate ways.
However, their rendezvous took an unexpected turn when they found themselves stuck together, unable to unlock from each other's grasp.
According to reports, the couple's screams for help attracted the attention of the lodging attendants and other customers, who broke into the room and found them writhing in pain.
Police officers from Keroka post were called in to assist, and they wrapped the stuck couple in bed sheets and carried them to a witchdoctor's den in Ibacho, where they were eventually set free.
It is not known what became of the couple after their ordeal.
