The partnership is crucial for Olea, as Kenya's Mombasa Port serves as a vital import-export corridor for countries in the region.
As a result of the acquisition, Koolridge Kenya Insurance Brokers has changed its name to OLEA Kenya Insurance Brokers.
Olea, a Pan-African firm with operations in 36 African countries, also represents several international broking houses and serves French business international accounts in Africa.
The company is pursuing partnership deals with Chinese and Asian dealers, which will enable it to locally represent multinationals working across the region.
