On September 24, 2019, Diamond Platnumz's concert at the Tamasha la Kizalendo la Jamaa Fest in Tanzania turned into a chaotic scene as fans jumped over the barricade and rushed the stage.
The crowd's enthusiasm was so intense that Diamond Platnumz had to momentarily stop performing and take on the role of crowd control to prevent a stampede.
According to reports, the Tanzanian ministers had recently asked Diamond Platnumz to perform at the festival.
