As the Diversity Visa 2019 (Green Card Lottery) program comes to a close, entrants have until Monday, September 30th to check the status of their entries on the US State Department's Electronic Diversity Visa Lottery website, published on September 24, 2019.
Those who submitted their entries during the October 18, 2017 to November 2, 2017 registration period, and won, must confirm their winning status by September 30th. The only way to do so is through the web portal, as the DV-2019 portal will no longer be available after this date.
For those who participated in the DV-2020 program, the deadline was September 30th, 2020. Meanwhile, the US State Department announced that the registration period for the DV-2021 program will run between October 5th, 2019 and November 5th, 2019.
Notably, all primary entrants in the DV-2021 program will be required to have a valid, unexpired passport to participate in the lottery.
