The two vehicles, Toyota V8s, were recovered from Osele's Syokimau home in 2018 and had been detained at the Parklands Police Station since their recovery.

Further investigations established that the two vehicles were among five stolen from Nyali in 2014, with their chassis numbers altered.
The vehicles were recovered from Osele's residence in November 2018 and had been in custody awaiting further inquiries.
