Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has taken steps to boost security at his home in Manchester, a move that has drawn attention in the football world.
According to reports, Pogba has spent £15,000 on a guard dog from a specialist protection company, Chaperone K9, which has also provided security services to his teammates, including Marcus Rashford and Phil Jones.
The dog, a Rottweiler, is trained to provide protection and safety for Pogba's family and property.
Chaperone K9's boss, Richard Arnold, explained the reasoning behind Pogba's decision, stating, "Footballers are obviously targeted individuals. They want something that when they go away will keep their family safe."
Arnold added, "They're not aggressive animals in the slightest — until called upon."
It's worth noting that Pogba has faced criticism from Manchester United fans in recent times due to his performances on the pitch.
