On September 23, 2019, a devastating incident occurred at Precious Talent Top School along Ngong road in Kenya, where a classroom collapsed, resulting in the loss of several young lives.

According to St John Ambulance, which was part of the rescue and evacuation efforts, at least seven pupils have been confirmed dead, with several others still trapped inside the rubble.

Journalists on the scene reported that four pupils had been rescued, and the injured were rushed to the Kenyatta National Hospital for treatment.

Despite the efforts of rescue teams, including the Kenya Red Cross, St John's Ambulance, school workers, and area residents, no official statement had been issued on the exact number of casualties.

The incident occurred at around 6:50am on Monday morning, and a parent who spoke to Citizen TV confirmed that the school had immediately notified them of the accident.
