On September 23, 2019, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) released a video on social media showing two men sharing a smoke with a minor.
The video, which has sparked outrage, appears to show the two men smoking what appears to be bhang and passing it to the young boy, who chokes after taking a puff.
The DCI has since announced that they are urgently looking for the two suspects, who have been identified as violating the provisions of the Children's Act.
