Published on September 23, 2019, Sarah Wairimu, the wife of murdered billionaire Tob Cohen, has made a shocking claim that she is entitled to half of his wealth.

According to her lawyer, Philip Murgor, Wairimu was married to Cohen in a civil union and therefore has a right to inherit his wealth.

The couple was in the midst of a bitter divorce battle when Cohen went missing and was later found dead.

Wairimu has been accused of being involved in Cohen's murder, but she has consistently denied the allegations.

Wairimu's lawyer, Philip Murgor, told the court that his client was entitled to half of Cohen's wealth, including his luxurious home worth KSh 400 million and his bank accounts.

"We are seeking to have our client declared the rightful owner of half of the deceased's wealth," Murgor said.

Wairimu's claim has sparked a heated debate, with some questioning her motives and others defending her right to inherit her husband's wealth.

As the case continues to unfold, one thing is clear: Sarah Wairimu is determined to fight for her rights and claim her share of Tob Cohen's wealth.
