On September 23, 2019, the court granted Sarah Wairimu permission to attend her husband's funeral, which was scheduled to take place at the Jewish cemetery in Nairobi.
Through her lawyer, Philip Murgor, Wairimu had requested the court to allow her to pay her last respects to her late husband.
However, TUKO.co.ke has discovered that Wairimu, the main suspect in her husband's murder, would actually be attending the funeral alongside High Court Judge Stellah Mutuku.
