Court Allows Wairimu to Attend Cohen's Burial in Nairobi

On September 23, 2019, the High Court in Nairobi made a ruling that allowed Sarah Wairimu Kamotho to attend the burial of her husband, Tob Cohen.

Ms. Kamotho, who is accused of murdering her Dutch husband, was escorted by Justice Stellah Mutuku to the Jewish Cemetery on Wangari Maathai Road, where Cohen's body was laid to rest.

Justice Mutuku directed prison authorities to escort Ms. Kamotho to the funeral, allowing her to be present during the interment.
