Harmonize, a renowned Tanzanian musician, has made a bold move by introducing competition to the Tanzanian music industry. He has formed his own record label, Konde Gang, to take on Wasafi Records, a highly decorated music label.
According to Dr. Jembe, Harmonize's manager, Konde Gang is on a mission to overthrow Wasafi Records, which has been the talk of town for far too long. Dr. Jembe believes that this move will expand the Tanzanian music industry and bring about new opportunities for musicians.
Dr. Jembe has urged Tanzanians to focus on encouraging one another, rather than dwelling on weaknesses. He has also expressed his support for Harmonize's decision, saying, "Watanzania tujifunze kufurahia Mafanikio ya wengine..Pale mwingine anapofanya jambo la Kupiga hatua mbele kwenye mafanikio,tunatakiwa kumpongeza kumtia Moyo,kumfariji na Kumuonyesha kwamba INAWEZEKANA!" (Let us learn to appreciate the success of others...When someone takes a bold step forward, we should praise them, encourage them, and show them that it is possible!).
