Gor Mahia's winning streak continued on Sunday, September 22, 2019, as they defeated KCB Bank 2-1 at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos County.

Francis Afriyie and Lawrence Juma scored for the league champions, who had lost their previous match 4-1 to USM Algiers in the CAF Champions League.

Enock Agwanda scored for KCB Bank, but his team's poor defending ultimately led to their downfall.

Earlier in the day, Western Stima secured their first win of the season with a 1-0 victory over Posta Rangers at the same venue.

Ugandan Villa Oromchan scored the winning goal for Western Stima.

Meanwhile, Kakamega Homeboyz bounced back to winning ways with a 3-0 thrashing of Kariobangi Sharks at Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega.

Former Harambee Stars international Allan Wanga scored a brace for Homeboyz.

Tusker also secured a comeback win, defeating Zoo Kericho 2-1 in extra time at the Kericho Stadium.

Bandari won their last match and moved up to second in the log after edging out Sony Sugar 1-0 at Awendo.
