Ali Oumarou, Managing Director of Kiza Lounge, has been at the center of deportation rumors in Nairobi.

However, Oumarou has come out to clear his name, stating that the claims are mere rumors spread by idlers.

"I have seen what's written, there are so many idlers in Nairobi. I'm abroad doing some diplomatic training," Oumarou said in a statement.

According to a leaked WhatsApp message, Oumarou's wife noted that he was in Ethiopia on official duty as a Niger attaché to Kenya.

As a Niger national, Oumarou was allegedly on the international wanted list due to intelligence reports linking him to international criminal gangs and illegal business activities.

Despite the allegations, Oumarou's statement has put the rumors to rest, at least for now.

Kiza Lounge and Restaurant, Kenya is a franchise of the club's main branch situated in Dubai, and has been a destination for international artists and celebrities visiting Nairobi.
