On September 20, 2019, tens of thousands of young people worldwide are expected to participate in the global climate strike, demanding immediate action on the climate crisis. They are determined to hold their leaders accountable for the future of the planet.
The New York Times is inviting young people to share their ideas and creativity in the fight against climate change. Whether you're attending a protest or showing solidarity from afar, we want to hear from you.
Share your sign design, a photo of you making it, or a selfie of you at the march. Tell us what the design means to you and why you're protesting. Give us your ideas for fixing this crisis.
There are two ways to share your submission: post a picture or video on social media using the hashtag #NYTKidsClimateArt, or email us at [email protected] with a short description of your project.
Submissions will be curated and featured on our website.
