On September 20, 2019, the will of the late Tob Cohen was officially read, sparking a potential dispute over his estate. According to sources, Sarah Cohen, the wife of the deceased, may challenge the beneficiaries listed in the will.

As reported by the Nation, the will was read in the presence of the police and Cohen's family members. The beneficiaries listed in the will are yet to be disclosed to the public.

It is worth noting that Sarah Cohen's lawyer, Philip Murgor, had initially refused to attend the reading of the will, citing that it was not properly executed. However, the will was eventually read, and the beneficiaries have been notified.

The late Tob Cohen's body was discovered in a water tank at his home in Kitisuru, Nairobi, over 40 days after he went missing. The body was confirmed by the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) George Kinoti.

The funeral of the late Tob Cohen will be held on September 23, 2019, in accordance with Jewish customs. The ceremony will take place at the Wangari Maathai Road, Nairobi, and will be attended by close friends and family members.
