On September 20, 2019, Pastor Nganga of Neno Evangelism was fined Sh1 million by the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) for exposing a congregant's bosom during a live service.

The incident occurred when Pastor Nganga was praying for a congregant's healing from cancer, and the video was later posted on his Sasa TV channel.

According to Chris Wambua, Director of Public Affairs at the CA, the fine was issued because the service was aired during the 'watershed period', which is in violation of one of the Communication Authority's rules and regulations.

Responding to the allegations, Pastor Nganga defended himself in a video shared on social media, stating that he had no intention of exposing the congregant's bosom.

He claimed that he was simply praying for the congregant's healing and that the camera caught a moment that was not intended for public viewing.

"Hata juzi nimeshtakiwa ati nimeoneshanga matiti, sasa matiti mimi sikujuwa kama ilikuwa imetoka maana sio yangu sasa mimi niliwaambia mimi sijui nafanya deliverance. Nikaambiwa nitalipa milioni moja nikakata appeal sijuwi kama nitapewa. Wamesema nimeonesha matiti ya mwanamke masaa ambayo sio," he said.
