Published on September 20, 2019, American rapper Eminem made headlines when he turned down a collaborative tour with three of America's best-selling rappers: 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, and Snoop Dogg.

According to 50 Cent, Eminem chose family over making more money, a decision that would have been a huge success for the tour, which was collectively worth KSh 10 billion (US$100 million).

50 Cent revealed in a Big Boy TV interview that Eminem was afraid of missing out on his daughter Hailey's growth, saying, 'I just don’t want to go on tour and come back and Hailey’s grown.'

Despite the potential financial gain, Eminem prioritized his family, a decision that reflects his selective approach to his work.
