Jackie, a former member of the 'Blu 3' music trio, was filmed with her friend Balaam Barugahare at a village house. The video, which has sparked concerns about her well-being, shows Jackie looking weak and struggling to smile.
According to Balaam, Jackie requires between Sh1.8 to 2.5 million (Sh50,000 to 75,000) every month to cover her medical and counseling expenses.
Jackie's struggles with drug addiction have been well-documented, with the singer previously confessing to using drugs to cope with her emotions during a past relationship.
