RHOC's Terry Dubrow Unveils Dubrow Keto Fusion Diet

Real Housewives of Orange County alum Heather Dubrow and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, have unveiled a new diet and book, the Dubrow Keto Fusion Diet. The book details a plan that combines the keto diet, intermittent fasting, and their popular Dubrow Diet.

The Dubrow Keto Fusion Diet follows a 12-8-4 format, with 12 hours of fasting, eight hours of the keto diet, and four hours of eating fruits, vegetables, and carbs normally not allowed on keto. Dr. Dubrow told People, "You're going in and out of ketosis. This diet, a fusion diet, is the best of both and very sustainable, with none of the challenges. You're never starving — you're always munching and enjoying yourself but in a very precise and physiological way that allows you to go in and out of ketosis and replenish your carbs and your fruits and vegetables."

Dr. Dubrow follows the Dubrow Keto Fusion Diet and told People, "It's incredibly easy, and it's real." The book, The Dubrow Keto Fusion Diet: The Ultimate Plan for Interval Eating and Sustainable Fat Burning, is available on Amazon.

Dr. Dubrow has been critical of the keto diet in the past, saying, "I've always said, from a medical standpoint, that the keto diet was dumb." However, he believes the Dubrow Keto Fusion Diet is a more sustainable version of the keto diet.
