Published on September 19, 2019, a letter from Sarah Wairimu's lawyer, Philip Murgor, to Kirundi & Company Advocates, revealed that Sarah would not participate in the reading of Tob Cohen's will.

The letter claimed that the contents of Tob Cohen's will had been 'severely compromised' due to a recent newspaper article that suggested Tob Cohen left a Ksh.400 million villa in Nairobi to his sister.

According to the letter, any will set to be executed on behalf of Tob Cohen must be proved through an appropriate application to the High Court.

Wairimu is currently remanded at the Lang'ata Women's Prison as police complete investigations into her alleged involvement in the murder of her husband.

The late Tob Cohen is set to be laid to rest on Monday at a Jewish cemetery in Nairobi.
