Published on September 19, 2019, Tanzanian singer Nandy has denied claims of being pregnant, attributing the rumors to her pot belly, which she says is due to eating large meals.

Nandy made the denial in an interview with Citizen TV's Willy M. Tuva, stating that her large stomach is due to her eating habits, not pregnancy.

"I've gained weight, I know some people think I'm pregnant because my stomach looks big due to the food I've been eating. I work hard to maintain my figure. The truth is, I'm not pregnant, it's just food," Nandy said.

The rumors of Nandy's pregnancy began after she posted a photo of herself on Instagram, showing off her stomach. The photo sparked speculation among her fans, who thought she might be expecting.

Nandy's partner, Bill Nass, and she have both denied the claims, stating that they were not expecting a child. However, they did acknowledge that Nandy had been pregnant in the past.
