As I reflect on my college days, I'm reminded that time flies, and before you know it, you're graduating and entering the real world. Many students join college at 18 or 19, and by the time they graduate, they're just 21 or 22 years old. This can be a challenging transition, especially when you're expected to be independent and self-sufficient.

However, it's not impossible to prepare for life after college. In fact, thinking ahead can be a powerful tool for success. Imagine where you'd like to be four years after graduation – what neighborhood you'd like to live in, the car you'd like to drive, or where you'd like to have your wedding. While you may not achieve all your aspirations, thinking about them can push you out of your comfort zone and motivate you to take action.

It's essential to be proactive and think about ways to fend for yourself after college. This might involve applying for a Master's program abroad, looking for a job, or trying to be independent as soon as possible. By doing so, you'll be better equipped to handle the challenges of adulthood and make the most of your opportunities.
