Sam Kairu, a billionaire property developer, has found himself at the center of a love triangle involving a State House director and a lady named Ruth Gicharu.
According to reports, Kairu had paid a down payment of sh20 million to buy a house in Lavington for Ruth, but the situation took a turn when the two bumped into each other in the house.
It is alleged that Kairu has abandoned his plan to fully pay for the house and is now expecting the State House director, who is also dating Ruth, to facilitate the payment.
Kairu, who is married to a daughter of former Finance Permanent Secretary Charles Mbidyo, is the owner of upmarket Oak apartments with properties spread across Kenya and outside.
