Former Kakamega County Senator Boni Khalwale has taken to social media to celebrate his wife's academic achievement. On November 23, 2018, he shared a photo of his wife, Diana, graduating with a Master's in Business Administration from KCA University.
According to Khalwale, the couple's gratitude goes to Co-operative Bank of Kenya for their continued support towards Diana's education.
However, the tweet did not go without controversy as Kenyans took to the platform to ask questions about Khalwale's marriage, including the age of his wife and the number of children they have.
Some Twitter users also questioned whether Diana was Khalwale's youngest wife, sparking a debate about the senator's marital status.
